AFS-250C , which is a compact selective wave soldering machine , including flux application module, pre-heat module and soldering module. It is fully automated and rail-guided, the area is only about 1㎡.
AFS-250C machine is controlled by PC and motion control card. Each welding point can be precisely parameterized and remotely programmed, with traceable programming and multi-program storage.
3-in-1 machine integrates flux spraying,preheating and soldering.
Soldering is achieved by fixing the solder pot and moving the PCB board.
Small footprint and low energy consumption.
Online conveying, can realize online production with the front-end production line machine.

Product Advantages
The fully automatic selective wave soldering front end connects the plug-in line, and the PCB board automatically enters and exits. It is fully functional, with selective flux spraying + infrared top preheating + 4-axis mobile soldering module. The tin furnace only needs 16kg of tin, which saves 90% of consumption compared to wave soldering. The machine is independently developed and produced by Shundak. It has software copyright patents, and the programming software is flexible and easy to operate. The soldering parameters of each component can be set within ten minutes, and the drag soldering does not connect the tin, and the solder joints are full.
