FLUX SPRAY MODULE


Spray characteristics:

  • Selective sprayers save at least 90% flux compared to traditional sprays.

  • The spray width can be as small as 2mm, significantly reducing ion contamination.

  • No need to clean PCBA.

  • Dual-axis servo motor control, high positioning accuracy.


PER-HEATING MODULE


Today's soldering process, especially for lead-free soldering, multi-layer boards, and large hot-melt components, has high requirements for preheating capabilities. Sundarc selective wave soldering machine has special top and bottom preheating modules, and each soldering module has added top preheating. The preheating module uses bottom short-wave infrared preheating and top hot air convection preheating to ensure full and balanced preheating.


SOLDERING MODULE


  • Fix the PCB board and perform spraying and soldering operations by setting the X/Y/Z axis platform movement.

  • Different welding speeds and times can be set for different soldering points on the same circuit board;

  • The tin pot is heated online with nitrogen to ensure good nozzle wetting and reduce tin slag;

  • The electromagnetic pump controls the welding with high precision, more sensitive and stable adjustment, and longer service life;

  • Online monitoring of wave peak height;

  • Real-time monitoring of the high and low positions of the tin pot;


THE SOFTWARE FEATURES


  • All are controlled by computer. All parameters can be set on the computer and saved to the PCB menu, such as moving path, soldering temperature, flux type, solder type, nitrogen temperature, etc., with good traceability, and can easily obtain repeatable welding quality.

  • The programming method is simple. Take the picture as the reference and draw lines on the picture to program. Parameters can be optimized for each solder joint position, such as Z-axis welding height, wave crest height, welding travel speed, tin shrinking speed and time. After the path editing is completed, the program can simulate the required welding time. It is convenient for engineers to calculate the beat.

  • Data such as path, temperature, speed, solder material, etc. are all saved in one file and can be exported as an EXCEL file. Parameters can be optimized for each welding position, such as Z-axis welding height, wave crest height, welding travel speed, tin shrinking speed and time. After the path editing is completed, the program can simulate the time required for welding.

  • Visual positioning of welding coordinate points, automatic generation of XY axis coordinate origin, and two welding modules with different parameters can be set for simultaneous welding.
